GENERAL CONDITIONS 2022
1. BOOKING
The reservation is to be considered definitively confirmed only upon the receipt of the "Confirmation Letter" that the Aparthotel Adriatica sends immediately after receiving the deposit.
2. PAYMENT
In order for the reservation to be considered valid, the customer has to pay 30% of the whole amount by bank transfer (any fees or commissions have to be paid by the sender), online payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) on our website www.aparthoteladriatica.it or direct payment with credit card number, within 3 days from booking. For more information visit our website. The rest of the amount has to be paid on the arrival in cash (for amounts less than € 1.990,00), via debit or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
3. CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, you will receive a voucher of the total prepaid amount, valid for your next reservation in the current year or the following one in one of our properties. In case of a later cancellation, the deposit will be lost.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show 100% of the agreed rental price will be due.
Each case is each time evaluated and discussed with management.

We will transform your deposit of a voucher of the same value to be used for another holiday of at least 7 nights in the current year or at the latest by the following
From 29 to 15 days from the arrival date
You will receive a voucher equal to 50% of the deposit paid to be used for another holiday in the current year or at the latest within the following.
From 14 days to 7 days from the date of arrival
The deposit is retained.
From 6 days to the day before arrival
Penalty of 50% on the entire stay.
NO SHOW
Penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.
4. ARRIVAL
On the arrival date the apartment has to be occupied between 16:00 and 20:00 o'clock. In case of delay, please inform the Aparthotel Adriatica immediately (+39 0431 194 5306). Otherwise, the apartment will be available only for the following day. At the arrival, the identity cards of all persons occupying the accommodation have to be presented for the registration.
5. RULES OF STAY
It is forbidden to accommodate more people (including children of any age) than indicated in our Confirmation letter, any change must be communicated and accepted by the reception. Small pets are accepted (max. 1 per accommodation) with a supplement, only if previously communicated to and authorised by the management. All guests are obligated to comply the rules of the Aparthotel Adriatica and to observe the common rules regarding the rest time especially in the afternoon and during the night.
6. DEPOSIT
The Client obliges to treat the apartment and household equipment (crockery, refrigerator, mattresses, etc..) with utmost care. Complaints regarding the condition of the apartment and inventory will be accepted only within 4 hours from the arrival. Any defect or damage must be compensated. As a guarantee of the punctual respect of all the rules of conduct and maintenance and correct use of the apartment, at the discretion of Aparthotel Adriatica, at the time of collection of the keys, a deposit, to be paid in cash, may be required. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure after checking the good condition of the apartment.
7. DEPARTURE
The apartment and the corresponding parking place has to be vacated within 9.30am on the agreed day, to allow our staff to check the state of conservation and cleanliness. In case that the customer anticipates his departure, compared to the agreed term, he has no right to any reduction of the fee, consequently he cannot ask a refund of the amount paid.
8. PARKING PLACE
One (1) numbered parking space is included for each accommodation booked, which can be located directly at the property or in a nearby car park, covered or uncovered, depending on the type booked (from the day of arrival after 12 noon).
The parking space must be vacated, together with the flat, by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
It is not possible to reserve a specific parking space.
9. LIABILITIES OF THE RESIDENCE
No responsibility can be given to the Aparthotel Adriatica in case of breakage, accidents, losses, thefts, delays and inconveniences in general occurred in the flat. The Aparthotel Adriatica provides its services to help solve any problems, any request of compensation for damages must be agreed directly at the reception. 10. PARTICULAR RULES
In case of unexpected problems regarding the booked apartment, the Aparthotel has the right to change the apartment with another, similar type. In case of extra charges, they are at Aparthotel Adriatica’s expense. Requests of a particular apartment (number, floor, exposition, view etc.) will be considered, but not guaranteed and cannot be accepted as a part of the rental contract. The description of the composition of the equipment of the flat on the catalogue, in exceptional cases, can be different. We inform our guests that the authorized staff of Aparthotel Adriatica can enter in the apartments for cleaning and for repairs or maintenance even in the absence of the tenant.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By booking, the guest accepts voluntarily the conditions as written above.
