Terms and conditions - 2025

 

1. BOOKING

The reservation is considered finally confirmed only after receiving the confirmation e-mail sent by the reservation office after receiving the prepayment.

 

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • PAYMENT                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       In order for the reservation to be considered valid, the Guest must pay as confirmation approximately 30% of the rental price (additional services excluded) by bank transfer (any fees or commissions are the responsibility of the client), online payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) on our website www.aparthoteladriatica.it or in cash at the reception.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      For last-minute offers, not refundable bookings, and/or short stays, may be requested directly payment of the balance or the first night.
  • PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
    The balance must be paid upon arrival as follows:

    • in cash (up to € 4.999,99),
    • by ATM or credit card (only Visa and MasterCard can be accepted). Please check if you may have a limit on your credit card if you want to use this payment method, especially since you are abroad and the limit there is often different than in the domestic market.
    • The balance can also be paid by bank transfer, which must be received before the date of arrival. If the transfer has not been received on our bank account at the time of departure, the Guest must pay the balance with another means of payment.
  • RECEIPTS AND INVOICES

    It is possible to request a tax document or the issuance of an invoice in the name of a specific person or in the name of a legal entity.

    This request must be made at the time of booking, if possible, and in any case before the guests register.

    However, it is not possible under any circumstances to divide the total amount among several receipts/invoices.

  • SECURITY DEPOSIT

    The Guest is obliged to treat the apartment and household goods (dishes, appliances, mattresses, furniture, etc.) with the utmost care. Complaints about the condition of the apartment and inventory will be accepted only within 4 hours after handing over the keys. Any breakage or damage must be replaced.

    As a guarantee of respectful treatment, maintenance and proper use of the apartment, a deposit of € 200,00 (€ 1.000,00 for groups of young people or in special cases at the discretion of the management) is required at the time of handing over the keys, to be paid in cash.

    This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, after checking the good condition of the apartment.

3. ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN

The occupation of the accommodation must take place on the arrival day between 16:00 and 20:00.

 

In case of delay or arrival outside the indicated time, please inform Aparthotel Adriatica in time (+39 0431 194 5306).

 

Otherwise, the apartment will be kept free only for another day.

 

Check-in is at the reception of the Aparthotel Adriatica, whose entrance is in Via Vicenza 31.

 

Upon arrival, the identity documents of all persons staying in the apartment, including minors and small children, must be presented so that they can be entered in the guest register, in accordance with the obligation to register.

 

For registration, we recommend that only one member of the family/group comes the reception with all documents of the persons traveling with them (including minors and small children).

 

4. DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT

The accommodation and its parking lot must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. on the morning of the day of departure, unless separate arrangements have been made with the reception so that our staff can check the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation and perform the final cleaning.

 

If the guest does not respect the check-out time without prior agreement with the reception, a penalty of 50% of the cost of the last night will be charged.

 

In case of early departure within the agreed period, the guest must continue to pay for the entire booked period and consequently cannot claim any refund of amounts already paid.

 

However, each case is handled and evaluated individually by the management.

 

5. NUMBER OF GUESTS

It is not allowed to accommodate more people (including children of any age, also newborns) than indicated in our booking confirmation.

 

If more guests arrive than registered (but in no case may exceed the maximum number of people allowed according to the description of the accommodation), we will notify the authority and charge an additional fee.

 

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANAGEMENT

The management cannot be held responsible for any damages, accidents, losses, thefts, delays and inconveniences in general that may occur during the stay in the accommodation, in the parking places or in the other areas of the structure. The management will always try to be helpful in solving problems, but proven claims for damages must be settled directly on the spot.

 

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is Udine.

 

7. STANDARDS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

The management reserves the right, in case of unforeseen circumstances in the allocation of the booked apartment, to replace it with another one with approximately the same characteristics. In this case, the additional costs will be borne by the management.

 

The request for a specific apartment (number, floor, orientation, view, etc.) will be considered as far as possible, but under no circumstances can be guaranteed or be part of the contract.

 

8. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, a voucher in the amount of the prepayment paid will be recognized, valid for a reservation in the current year or only for the following year in one of our facilities.

 

More than 30 days before arrival: cancellation without penality

We will convert your prepayment into a voucher of the same value, which can be used for another vacation of at least 7 nights (unless otherwise specified) in the current year or the following year at the latest.

 

29 to 15 days before arrival

You will receive a voucher in the amount of 50% of the prepayment, which you can use for another vacation in the current year or at the latest in the following year. The remaining 50% is retained as penalty.

 

14 days to 7 days before arrival

100% of the prepayment is retained as penality.

 

6 days to 1 day before arrival

Penalty of 50% of the total stay.

 

NO SHOW (no travel start)

Penalty of 100% of the total stay.

 

In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, 100% of the agreed price will be due.

 

9. VOUCHERS AND GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers issued for cancellation more than 30 days before arrival are valid only for the year in which the voucher was issued and for the following year (e.g. vouchers issued during the summer season 2024 are valid also for the whole year 2025).

 

To use the voucher, you must consider the minimum stay indicated on the voucher and book directly on our website (noting that you are in possession of a voucher) or by e-mail.

 

Vouchers cannot be refunded, but can be transferred to third parties (redeemable only for new bookings, not yet existing on the day of issue of the voucher).

 

Under no circumstances can the vouchers be redeemed after their due date (31.12. of the year following issue).

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When making a booking, by paying the prepayment, the Guest declares that he has read, understood and expressly accepted all the terms and conditions set out above.
