With this option you have the comfort of the spacious apartment and all the services of an hotel! Are you really still thinking about it?

Services included in the price

• 1 numbered parking place (covered or uncovered, based on the type of accommodation booked) - Click here for more information on car park features.
• Daily cleaning of the apartment, excluding kitchenette, dishes and terraces
• Towels and bed linen (for stays of at least 5 nights, change approximately every 3rd day) with the following cadence:

For stays of 5 or 6 nights - 1 change of linen

For stays of 7 or 8 nights - 2 changes of linen

For stays of 9, 10 or 11 nights - 3 changes of linen

For stays of 12, 13 or 14 nights - 4 changes of linen

For stays of 15 nights - 5 changes of linen

and so on.

• Beach service from the 16th row at the beach office 9 or 10
  (the beach service is included from the day of the arrival until the day before your departure)
  1 sun umbrella with 2 sun beds each accommodation (until stock lasts, eventual particular requests regarding the position of the sun umbrellas or the wish to have two or more close to each other, will be considered at the moment of booking, but as they are subject to availability, they can’t be guaranteed and are not contractually binding)
  (any extra sun umbrellas will be charged and are subject to availability)
• Breakfast buffet
• Use of the common laundry (washer, dryer, ironing area)
• Use of the swimming pool
• Bicycle rental (available also bicycles with baby seat and bicycles for children):
  3 hours per day for FREE (one bycicle for each overnight Guest),
• Pool towels (terry towels to be used only in the pool area): n° 1 each person, with change approximately every 3rd day (same cadence like change of linen in the accomodation)
• Welcome kit
• Courtesy Set
• Final cleaning excluding kitchenette and dishes 

PRICES OPTION "PLUS" (prices valid until 31.3.2025)

€ 23,00 per day per adult person (from 12 years old)
€ 15,00 per day per child (5-11 years old)
FREE child (0-4 years old)

There are no reductions for unused services.

SUPPLEMENTS OPTION “PLUS” (prices valid until 31.3.2025 excluded the beach service, valid until 31.1.2025)

• Extra change linen
  Bed linen € 6,00 single set - € 12,00 double set
  Towels € 10,00/set (face - shower)
• Additional beach service on request, upon availability: from the 16 th row at the beach office 9 or 10
  (if you do not indicate a specific period, the standard period for the use of the sun umbrella is from the arrival day until the day before your departure)

            MAY - JUNE - SEPTEMBER per day € 13,00 * 1 sun umbrella + 2 sun beds
            JULY - AUGUST per day € 17,00 * 1 sun umbrella + 2 sun beds

• Bicycle rental
  3 hours for free each day (each person), following hours € 2,00/hours/bicycles
  or
  daily rate € 15,00/day/bicycle
• Rental additional terry towels for the pool area
  € 10,00 each towel, with change approximately every 3rd day (same cadence like change of linen in the accomodation)

EXTRA SERVICES

We provide (upon request at the time of booking and subject to availability):

• high chair
• protection edge for the bed
• baby bath tub

the 1st object booked is free of charge, from the 2nd object a fee of € 5.00 per night per object will be charged (subject to availability).

• Baby bed € 10,00 per night (on request at the time of booking and upon availability)
• Small dogs (max 1, max 10kg, per accommodation) € 15,00 per night
  (the presence of dogs has to be communicated at the time of booking and approved by the Management)
