Services included in the price
- 1 numbered parking place (covered or uncovered, based on the type of accommodation booked) - Click here for more information on car park features.
- Cleaning of the apartment with change of towels and bed linen approximately every 3rd day, excluding kitchenette, dishes, terraces and garbage (for a minimum stay of 5 nights) with the following cadence:
For stays of 5 or 6 nights - 1 intermediate cleaning
For stays of 7 or 8 nights - 2 intermediate cleanings
For stays of 9, 10 or 11 nights - 3 intermediate cleanings
For stays of 12, 13 or 14 nights - 4 intermediate cleanings
For stays of 15 nights - 5 intermediate cleanings
and so on.
- Use of the common laundry (washer, dryer, ironing area)
- Use of the swimming pool
- Starter kit (one (1) at the arrival, a refill is not provided)
- Final cleaning excluding kitchenette, dishes and rubbish

the 1st object booked is free of charge, from the 2nd object a fee of € 5.00 per night per object will be charged (subject to availability).
- Baby bed € 10,00 per night (on request at the time of booking and upon availability)
- Small dogs (1 per accommodation) € 15,00 per night
(the presence of dogs has to be communicated at the time of booking and approved by the Management)
